How It Works
- Get in touch. We start with a video call — or an in-person visit, if you'd prefer — so we can get to know each other, answer your questions, and make sure a Havanese, and one of our puppies, is the right fit for your family.
- Join the waiting list. If we're both happy to proceed, joining the list requires a 10% deposit. This is fully refundable if you change your mind at any point before a puppy is allocated to you.
- Choosing your puppy. Once the puppies are born, we do our best to make sure everyone on the list has a choice of puppies, and we'll be in touch to help you choose yours between four and six weeks of age.
- Confirm your puppy. Once you've chosen your puppy, a second 10% deposit is due. This deposit is non-refundable.
- Collection day. The remaining balance is paid when you collect your puppy and they head off to their new home.
What's Included
Every Alphapups puppy goes to their new home vaccinated, health checked, microchipped, and fully Kennel Club registered. They'll also be wormed up to date and sent with a starter supply of food, plus a few other bits and pieces to help you both settle in.
